Helen Ten - Property and Personal Loan Consultant

When I joined Lighthouse, my classification was “Home Loan Consultant.” There were limitations under this classification, but I was lucky to have 2 very concerned members, Menon and L.K.Tan who had my interest at heart and advised me that I should “expand” my classification to “Property Loan and Personal Loan Consultant.”

Menon and L.K. didn’t just advise me to “expand” my classification, but took the extra effort to introduce me to their friends who mentored me on the finer points in property and personal loans and I am now their business associates. L.K with his accounting and financial qualifications, has also become my advisor and business associate.

It has been a gigantic step for me, from just a home loan consultant to now a knowledgeable and confident Property Loan and Personal Loan Consultant. I have my power team who can source for loans of any size for qualified clients. I have been blessed to have Menon and L.K. who walked the extra mile to help me grow. Thank you and God Bless both
