Peter Cheong - Life Insurance

I got to know BNI from a public seminar in Desa Sri Hartamas. In that seminar I met several members of the United Chapter. When I went for a 1st visit to the

ir chapter, I was greeted by the President. I was very impressed during the, “I Have” section of the meeting. Without hesitation, I applied to participate in BNI.

Later that day, I was given the rather disheartening news that I am still on the waiting list since my business classification has already been taken. So I patiently waited for 1 ½ years until I met VK, the BNI Ambassador.

In BNI, I had gained a lot of knowledge through the 60 second informecials and the10 minutes presentation. The support and guidance from BNI were invaluable to me. I can still recall that during the New Member Orientation, VK shared on how BNI can expand my business through contact spheres, Dance Cards and referrals. To my surprise, I was the first person to achieve the coveted Gold Club member status in my chapter!
VK stressed on the power of Dance Card and I am looking forward to this coming Nov 24 Dance Card workshop. I learned from other chapter members and the leadership team as well. It is so much to gain besides getting referrals from members of my chapter such as self-development and leadership.

My wife Cheng Pei Ling had joined BNI too. She is feeling as excited as I am. She met many new friends and is very close to her chapter members. Through BNI we got to know my Feng Shui Master Mr. Kenny Hoo from the Uptown chapter. He helped us in many detailed insights of our house before we did our renovation.

I strongly believe BNI is a platform that will bring me new height of success in business and self- development.
