Raymond Chou - IT Training

BNI is not just about receiving referrals from your fellow chapter member but my success in BNI has got more to do with the relationships that we have built. In the past 2 years in BNI, I have managed to form a number of strong partnerships.

The first was with 4 of my fellow members in field of IT. The 5 of us generated close to RM2 Million worth of business working as a team to approach some corporate clients. The second was with 3 other trainers. The 4 of us started a one-of-a-kind workshop called “The Recipe for Successful Leadership” which had 4 trainers, training 4 inter-related programs.

We have done 3 of it this year and the last one had a registration of 84 people. And the third experience is that due to the business mindset and the relationship built, some of us have become good friends with the same goals.

This has resulted in me venturing into 3 more businesses with my fellow members as partners. The moral of my story is that I joined BNI to receive referrals but what I got was a continuous generation of income.
